Food with consideration At the ECC Tønder and Bjerremark, we make food with consideration - both on a culinary and an environmental level. We use as many organic ingredients as possible and the season dictates our selection of fruit and vegetables. We have chosen this to avoid long transportation times and because we think Scandinavian vegetables are fantastic. In terms of a culinary experience, first and foremost the food must taste good! But it also has to be pleasing to the eye, and to the imagination, and should provide a challenge for the senses. The restaurant creates the environment, while our kitchen is ready to accommodate your wishes. We are happy to help with suggestions for the menu as well as wine choices. Our focus is on a positive working environment, which means a modern kitchen with the necessary facilities to ensure correct working positions, a good flow and job satisfaction. We are a dedicated team who care about our guests and each other’s well-being.
